Cloth Cutter

An automated system for cutting patterns out of cloth stretched across a 15 by 40 foot area with a cutting head capable of accurate movement at 7 feet per second. A number of patterns can be loaded into the controller using 2D sketches from AutoCad, as each set of patterns is cut the system draws out a fresh section of cloth so that it may begin on the next sequence.
